The team’s absolute priority was to accelerate the development process and bring consistency to the platform. This was critical, as the platform was being built simultaneously by multiple large, parallel teams, making synchronization a major challenge.
To achieve this, we built the system collaboratively with the design team, creating universal components that could be easily picked up and used by any employee.
